Looking for a little project this winter. I added a WO/RO scoop to my 67' Belvedere. I cut 2 large holes under the scoop opening like on the 71 Demon rather then chopping the whole hood open. I'm looking at different scoop trays to try and seal the air cleaner to the bottom of the hood.

Any suggestions? Some of the stuff I've been looking at:

I have the Spectre Performance air box on my 66 that seals tightly to the bottom of my hood. Works well and looks good. On hot summer days I'll remove it to get some fresh air under the hood. I bought mine on ebay and think I paid $170.00 for it. FYI, I had a Moroso air box on my A/SM big block Chevelle race car in the 80's. It had a 7 snorkel style hood scoop on it and if you forgot to pull the cover off the hood scoop opening when you started the car it would suck the air scoop cover right down through the scoop to the top of the carburetor. They work good.

My Super Shaker that I made is sealed off to the hood with the factory seal on my Challenger.
