Selecting Speedometer Gearing

I need to change out the speedo gear in my 68 charger and dont know which gear to buy.

Original gearing was 3.23's
New Gearing is 3.55's
Tire height is 27.9 inches. (285/35/20)

At 70mph the speedo is reading 60mph .
