After rebuilding my front suspension, and putting the car back on the road, I'm wondering if I need to re-torque everything. It's only been driven about 40 miles on the new (stock) setup. When will it need re-torqued? ...if at all. Thanks.

...and I'm assuming the car should be on the ground if I do.

Dont think it would hurt to double check everything.

I have never heard of any garage telling customers to return for retorquing and it's not in the service manual. It won't hurt anything to do so.

So much of the hardware is castle nuts and cotter pins, so it's not like they're going to move.
