Silver or black? Trans oem oil pan 73 autom 440 charger

what was the factory color of this part please? I am due to refresh the trans fluid and refurbish the factory original oil pan of the trans . My is rusty and does not seem to have had any paint on. But I saw 'award winning' r/t charger with matt black one. Do you know which color is factory original? Thx for help

Natural (or rust) is the factory original, never saw any transmission pans painted with anything from the factory.

Should be the same color on the outside that it is on the inside. Raw metal. No rust.
