Does the coil bracket on a 440 six barrel that bolts to the intake (not the loop bracket) get painted engine color??

I believe it is supposed to be black.
Not 100% sure.

It's held in place by intake bolts and was painted with the engine from what understand. The 70 RR RR 6-pack car I did has not been counted off for it in judging. There have been a few other things that were nitpicks, but not that.
As stated, it is bolted to the engine when the engine is painted so it gets paint but those two intake runners do not...

What two intake runners are you referring to??
It covers 6&8 when it's bolted to the engine....
Under where the bracket is bolted down. I might add that on the car I did we sprayed the intake off the engine so those runners got painted too, but it's real hard to tell when together.
