These are Stainless Steel wedge lock header bolts, they lock to keep them from coming loose as header bolts have a tendency to do. If you want to see how they work I think there might be a video on Summits website, look up Stage 8 header bolts. There are 12, 3/8-16 x 1" long Stainless Steel bolts, locks and C clips. These are used but still perfect, the orange that you see in the pictures is RTV silicone. A new Stage 8 kit from Summit goes for about $117, I'm asking $50 and I'm throwing in 8 new ARP head studs, nuts and washers and 4 carburetor studs, because I have no use for them and you might.
