SOLD Stainless Steel Wedge Lock Header Bolts

These are Stainless Steel wedge lock header bolts, they lock to keep them from coming loose as header bolts have a tendency to do. If you want to see how they work I think there might be a video on Summits website, look up Stage 8 header bolts. There are 12, 3/8-16 x 1" long Stainless Steel bolts, locks and C clips. These were used for a short time but they're still perfect, the orange that you see in the pictures is RTV silicone. A new Stage 8 kit from Summit goes for about $117, I'm asking $50 obo and I'm throwing in 8 new ARP head studs, nuts and washers and 4 carburetor studs, because I have no use for them and you might.

Hi Geetex, I’d be interested in these if they would fit the 440 w/906 heads. Would these be kit #8952? I’d be using Hooker Super Comp. headers.
By the way your in box is full.

Hi Haywire,
They are supposed to fit all Chrysler, Chevy and Ford V-8's so they should work for your application, I had them on a '76 400 engine. I don't recall the kit # off hand but from looking at the kits on Summits website that appears to be the correct kit #. Thanks for the heads up on my inbox, I cleaned it out now.
