A couple of weeks ago I picked up a 71 Charger SE 383 Magnum automatic car. Today I started cleaning up the car and getting the interior together. The front floor pans have been replaced, and the rear floor pans and under the seat pan looks good.

The car came with a better pair of doors, the passenger side one is rust free and the drivers side door has a spot about the size of a silver dollar at the back bottom corner. The fenders are workable and fairly solid compared to the ones currently on the car. The fenders and doors on the car can be fixed but I am going to put the better ones on this roller, and the ones currently on the car can go on the other roller that I have.

Want to sell those upper door panels?

Nice! The 71’s are neat. I’m appreciating the ‘71-‘74 B bodies more and more.

This is the other 71 Charger roller that will be for sale as well. The doors and fenders will go on it,so nothing goes to waste!

Bring the nice ones to Carlisle and we can talk over a couple beers.

My next mission is going to be to reinstall the heater box, and ductwork then put the dash and wiring harness back into the car. Then I will swap the fenders and doors. Then I will prime the car all one color and hang the bumpers. Lots to do!

Ok I will put them in the trailer now so I don't forget them. They are not show quality perfect but they are pretty nice.

After I finished working on the 71 Charger SE,my son helped me bleed the brakes on my 2005 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel. I haven't driven it since last fall! I forgot how much power and torque it has,the truck is a beast!

I had a few minutes after work tonight and swapped out the passenger's side door and put on a workable right front fender.

I haven't gotten any more done to the Charger SE but I did start stripping the Satellite parts car that came with it! I just need to pull the glass out, then it's slice and dice time! I'm warning up my sawzall!

Swapped out the drivers side door and fender tonight. Making progress whenever possible. A twelve hour day at work, came home after stopping and getting violated at the diesel pump, got home and swapped out the parts, and blocked some of the 71 Charger R/T before calling it a night!
