Steering column color

what is the best way to switch the color of my steering column from blue to black? Should I just get a new one?

No.....just tape it off & paint it semi-gloss black. If you need a "perfect" paint job, then take it apart first. Make SURE it's dirt/grease free.... final wipe with rubbing alcohol & tack cloth, then paint.

You could just paint it low gloss
black over the suede finish but you may lose some of the texture. It would help if we knew what car and year your working on
