in the process of replacing all the bushing on the front end of my 1972 Roadrunner and things were going as planned until this evening. I removed the nut on the rear of the passenger side upper control arm but i cannot get the adjusting bolt out of the control arm. I can spin the inner adjusting side of the bolt but it appears to be fused to the original inner busing sleeve. I can easily turn the 3/4 bolt and I can see the metal inner sleeve of the original bushing spinning with the bolt and the outer part of the sleeve prevents the bolt from moving through the arm. I've tried leverage of a pry bar, a couple days of liquid wrench, a small sledge hammer slid up through the access hole in the inner fender and a map gas (yellow) torch. My last option is going to be a saws-all and cut the bolt but I thought I check with the experts first. I've ordered a new rebuild kit from PST which I believe includes a new bolt.

Try the bfh and punch first, if that don't work then get to cutting.

thanks guys, already tried the BFH (wood splitting mull) and the bushing is completely gone thanks to the map gas so looks like a fresh metal blade and a sawsall this evening. Oh wait, tonight's bike night at the Legion so it might have to wait till the weekend........so many choices and so little time. Does anyone have the winning lotto numbers? I just never have time for my full time job anymore but I really like money.
