I ran a load of Nitromethane (and methanol) back in 1966-67-68 with my Hilborn fuel injection on my Max Wedge motor. Car ran high 9s back then. Ran it for 3 years and never had a problem blowing anything up. Ran as high as a 60% nitro mix.
