3rd annual Ridgely Pharmacy Car Show, over $20,000 was raised last year at this little show in a small town on our eastern shore. Money went directly to Petty Family Charities. As a thank you for the effort the King himself made an appearance and signed autographs for over 400 people in a little over 2 hours. 800+ autographs and smiles for all those who waited their turn. We should all be so gratious. Anyway on with the pics, Mopar only this time as I didn't have much time after helping with the parking for over 550 cars.....Btw, check out the cool crystal trophies they passed out to the winners, a whole lot nicer than those plastic POS you see everywhere else!

Thanks for sharing the photos. All those cars were great looking. It's great that everything went toward a great charity.

Thanks for sharing the pictures of those beautiful cars and of "The King" and for supporting charity. Richard Petty got his nickname for a reason. You will never meet a more genuine down to earth person, driver, team owner. The trophies are top of the line. Wish there were more shows like yours in my neck of the woods. Two thumbs up...

The town of Ridgely is about 30 minutes over the Bay Bridge, nice backroad drive if you come in off 301N. Keep it in mind for next October...

that was a very cool show it looked like, great trophies too... thanks for sharing... I really like it had a bunch of RR's there...LOL... King Richard is a great guy, I had about an hr conversation with him, quite a few years ago now in the 90's @ Sears Point before a qualifying day, I kept asking, "am I keeping you from something", he just said "No", continued to talk to me & when I was finally ready to leave, he firmly shook my hand & said "nice to talk with you" & gave me a Petty pit area credential/pass for the next day {experience of a lifetime} & he was talking to me, like we knew each other for years, when I got to the track the next day, he called me over by name too, couldn't really talk much then, but I was pleasantly surprised/shocked more like... I never did ask for his autograph...

Btw the red 67 GTX Ken got a picture of is coming up for sale cheap maybe 12 to 14 thousand.I know the guy and talked to him at the show.

Sorry I missed your car Klaus, I was rolling through the field between helping out and getting in line for Petty, I missed your 63.

Great pics., great cars. Thanks for sharing.

Nice pics as always Ken. One of these days I need to venture down that way and take in a show.
