I would have to call them to see. It works with a 60.Will it work on a Dana 70 and 80?
The tool I have bolts in but the 70's pinion depth is a lot different and mine won't cover it. The ring gear is larger in diameter than the 60....other than that, many of the other parts are the same like the majority of the bearings and even the Powr Lok clutches are too.I would have to call them to see. That ain't right. The adapter hubs fit as the carrier bearings are the same between the two. It's the indicator plunger adapter that I would need to make mine work in a 70. Since the 70 has a larger ring gear, the pinion gear sits further away from the ring gear center line. Heck, even the rear cover from a 60 fits the 70.....see below. T&D says yes if you buy another set of the hubs for the 70/80. They via the phone said they are $76.
