Question, not a picture.
I'm a dog lover, more and more as I get older.
My neighbor 2 doors down (city lots) has lately accumulated about 5 dogs.
He leaves them outside at all hours and they are some barking fucks. I thought I was getting used to it, but last night 11-12 pm they were keeping me awake.
Now I m in the garage and they are at it again.

I'm not really on familiar terms with this guy.
Does anyone have a good way to approach this problem?

I thought I was posting in the dogs forum.
I don't think anything like that would work, idiocy has no limits.
I do load and unload my car with open headers, so I try to be tolerant of others, but there have to be limits. That's one of the reasons I got an enclosed trailer, so I don't have to do it late at night or too early in the morning.

Just like all dogs bark sometimes, but you can't let it go on for hours at any time of night or day.

maybe use the services you pay for in your taxes and send the animal warden to their house to do a welfare check on the dogs.
