thinner muffler hangers

Due to my triangulated rear suspension my muffler exit area is constrained
in size as the control arms cut into the space before the rear axle.
My muffler exit will be 2.5".
I have tried the tti muffler hangers but they are too wide and will hit my rear control arms.

I like the the thinner factory hemi style muffler (resonator?) hangers but I believe they come in 2.25".

So I am looking for something like this but in 2.5" :

If you like the ones you posted, cut off the 2 1/4 clamps and weld on some 2 1/2 clamps.
