I burnt up my dash wiring harness a couple of years ago and replaced it, but now my Tac doesn’t work. Can the tac be burnt up too? I’m hoping it’s only some wiring, but I know that’s not my luck

Who knows. Get the manual out and make sure it is wired right.

The replacement harness whether it’s the engine or dash, will not include the wire that goes from the coil to the tack. Do you have that wire? Which wiring burnt up? Does burned up mean fire or electrical problem?
