Good for you!
I got a quote to do a similar swap into my '70 Charger. Same hydraulic clutch setup. $6600. I have been an automatic guy most of my life but the thought of having overdrive and modern gear ratios are swaying me to the stick!

kern - they have a $250 off sale sometimes - check your quote - if that $250 discount is on there - send email back and ask them “If I place an order today can I get the $250 off deal and free shipping too?” - that’ll save you $500 right off the bat - you’re welcome

Gene C. is their Mopar guy so he might be the one working up your quote

send the email to them Monday morning, wait for their response, then pull the trigger on it

Oooof...
I have a 65 Dart that I NEED to list on ebay to PAY for this swap! I prefer selling off stuff to fund these big ticket projects!

Nice, 20 years ago we did a Duster with a TKO before there were kits.Cost me a little over $4000. The 6 grand price seems about right now.Major improvements, instructions and parts with the SST kit. You are gonna love it.

Ok looks like if you take the nut off on the opposite end of that shaft it will slide out towards the parking brake. But I wonder why that shaft has that machined end with 2 flat spots. Could this be an attachment point for a clutch peddle?

I made a video but my Iphone is being a dick and wont let me upload it to youtube.

thanks for looking into this.

the sst kit did come with a new extended shaft that also has the flats. will find out soon.

coffee first.
