Let's not mourn the other driver because he really is in a better place where there is no NASCAR. But now that Tony Stewart has decided to return to racing, is it true that his car will now feature a kill switch?

I read that Ward was under the influence of marijuana. What a tragedy. He shouldn't have been in any car that night. .. for sure not a race car, and certainly not out on the track while all lit up... such bad things could have been avoided.
