I was getting a vibration when driving my charger. Felt like it was in the transmission. So I figured it’s an half wa decent day, and look at what I found. I’m just gonna order a set. I just hope this is the problem. I really don’t want to check the others without having a new one to replace this missing one.

Original bolts are your best bet. I just skip the blue loctite and go straight to red now.
I don't think it fell out. I was told another 383 was put into the car by the prior owner. I doubt it that bolt was ever put in. A missing bolt like this should cause a balancing issue... No, and that's the vibration I'm feeling?

Don't think so. Mopar used 5/16" and 7/16 screws. These are listed as 5/16" and the picture makes me think you have 7/16". You need to verify what diameter screws you have.
****, I thought they were fairly standard bolts. The 5/16 24 thread ones are coming on Sunday. I hope they fit.

Vibration when engine is running, but the car not moving? Something in the engine or transmission.
Vibration when moving can be almost anything.... including eight year old tires.

I will check in the shop tomarrow , I may have some I can give you.
I will PM you if I do.

Aren't the bolts I need 5/16 24 thread?
Technically they are screws not bolts, but that don't matter.

Lower performance cars got 5/16" the performance ones got 7/16". Both are listed in the service manual. The picture looks like 7/16" to me, but could be wrong.

I would check the flex plate carefully for cracks. It was probably flexing a lot with one bolt missing.

From the picture that doesn't even look like it's lined up with the hole. It can ONLY bolt on one way to get all 4 bolts in.
