Does anyone know what the clearance would be between the torque converter pilot OD and the crankshat register bore diameter. May need to make a crank bushing. But unsure of what amount of clearance would be standard. The pilot is stated as 1.81", so what would the crank register dia be ???? This is for future project. Just wanting to have some idea what I'm up against.

I don't know if I have seen a specified clearance for your question.
However the converter should be a snug fit in to the crankshaft register to centralise the converter.
Maybe 1 -3 thousands clearance.
