Trans mount 727 defects ?

Any issues with the 727 big block trans mount like the engine mounts where they come apart on one side ?
Anything to know trans mount ? Would a impel auto zone brand trans mount work ?

A lot of the stock type mounts for 727s seem to be substandard right now. I would suggest spending the money on a poly unit.
