I am ordering the Harland Sharp 1.5 roller rockers today for my 440 to 505 engine build. What length push rod checker should I get?

make your own. Cut a push rod in half and thread the tube. Install 1/4 threaded rod or long bolt with a lock nut to hold the setting. I believe HS rockers use Chevy style ball/ball push rods instead of ball/cup.

HS uses a ball/cup pushrod. The TF heads need a longer pushrod than factory length, the power nation build used a 9.300 pushrod with a hyd roller cam. If you are using a solid cam they will need to be a little longer so a checker that will cover that 9.200- 9.600 or there abouts.

Will be watching as I will be going from Stealths to TF240's

I have a set of Trend Performance B and RB P-Rod measuring rods and they are a necessary tool in my opinion.

get a b3 kit or forget roller tips
roller radius pushes valve down about 3/8 at mid lift
then get pushrods
