I have insomnia real bad. I have a tv in my room that connects with YouTube. I had tried listening to relaxing talk downs, thunderstorms, and waves. That helped some but not a lot. Then I started listening to audiobooks and that was okay until I found this. Books are being played by authors that are theoretical physicists. Guys like Stephen Hawking and Michio Kaku. It's enough to keep my mind on the subject and not drift off into thinking about something else. I wake up not realizing I had slept.
