U joint

I know I've heard of the special u-joint that allows you to mount a small yoke driveshaft to the larger size ujoint on the the 489 case. Does any one have the part number for that? and will it fit on a 64 ball and trunion shaft

And before they made all of these.... I used to use a '57 Olds or Pontiac (?) and swap the caps to the other part of the "+".....worked like a charm.
