UTG $8 cure for vapor lock question?

It must be heat related right? We only race it in the summer at 6000 feet above sea level. The first run is strong. The second run it poops out halfway. Let it cool for an hour then the same thing. Good first, then bad the second run.

So my car was a 318 when we got it. Now a 408 stroker small block. I don't think they have the return line. Is it available? I'm guessing it's metal with two rubber ends.
Only the 440 and Hemi E bodies got the 3/8" fuel line, separator and 1/4" return line along with the 3/8" sender With 1/4" return nipple. They are available for you though. Mega Parts has everything you need except for the fuel lines. Air/Fuel Reproduction, NOS and Used Mopar Muscle Car Parts
The 3/8" fuel line and 1/4" return lines are available on Ebay and probably in-line tubing
As I said before, I doubt these items will solve your full throttle problem unless it is the sock at the bottom of the tank. That is included with the send unit itself.
PS: If you upgrade to the larger fuel line, don't forget to get the clips.

Have you verified a good case ground on your ECU? A bad ground there will cause the problem you are seeing on the second round. The ECU will get hot and open a transistor killing the spark until it cools down and heals itself. There are other causes as well but that is a common issue.
