Vinyl top?

I met a fellow who knows a car that I purchased last May from back in the day. It has a repaint so I really can’t tell but. He says that the car was ordered triple black but the top was removed in 1979. Can anyone verify this by the vin tag? I’ve got Galens book but it’s awol.

The car did not come with a vinyl roof. Under the Y in the second line of letters from the top a black vinyl roof car would’ve had a 6. Body paint was originally black
