Check with Holley. They are rebuilding all of their carbs and should have that part. Or check with Harms'. They do carb restorations and may have parts.

Holley charges almost as much as a new carb for a base plate.
Check with Promax the guys that do the violet base plates for 6 pack carbs. Perhaps, they have a spare OE unit laying around?
It’ll take me a day or so to see if I still have mine hanging around somewhere. But it is not a 440 base plate not that you or anyone would know.

I spare Mopar very naked six pack base plate. The idle adjustment screws are still there. PM me your address.
