Weep holes?

I'll be mounting up a new set of tti pipes soon. So, a quick question...any opinions on drilling 1/8" weep holes in the lowest point on the pipes? Or, not needed?

Are you not satisfied by how well they fit together, so you plan to create your own exhaust leak?

Seems like I might be looking at no rusted out pipes.
