Hi all my name is Rob - I have a 1968 GTX - I am 52 and had it since I am 16 - the car WAS perfect. Now it is not - I made the mistake of driving it during mid day - car cut me off - right into a wall- I am heartbroken. Well I am going to rebuild it. With that I need a right fender and bumpers. I am looking for original equipment- does anybody know where I can locate. Just an FYI not looking for new parts - I never thought they were as good as the original B4780504-2ECA-4F01-A7AF-860D3EB3BE90.jpeg 202FCF30-6ECA-4F49-8983-721C5D337012.jpeg 1EB0C8FD-75A6-45C4-82DF-29D57ACAD100.jpeg EFCB2A0F-6A70-40BE-8CDA-1984F1B44678.jpeg 98228648-A855-42CE-BB16-8AFB8A458CC3.jpeg 75CC7AA4-1F45-4581-AB28-52107640F565.jpeg

Welcome to FBBO from VER-mont. Good luck and check out the Marketplace forum here. Also check into the 68-70 MOPARS thread as well. Ghost.

Not the way to make an entrance, but you're not the first!! Welcome to the club, the WTB section is your next stop it appears.

Welcome from AZ... Sorry to hear about the accident, but at least you're okay...

It hurts us to see what happened as much as it hurts you.... Good luck putting him back together...
Parts Wanted section here will indeed help you, until Chrysler's @ Carlisle in July.....
I see you are here in Longgg Island with me --- Contact Rich with the Long Island Mopars, also.... Maybe you can find spare parts here --- with NO shipping !!!!!
(Over 1000 members in that club...)

Welcome from Ct. Bad luck! Sister lived in Syosset hated the drive. Save your radiator support because of numbers and don't loose fender tag in a body shop. Good luck on fixin' it.

welcome to the show and hope you find your parts. Did you have Hagerty they also have a parts finder. Also Tonys Mopar parts and Steven Just Mopars

Make a list of what you need and post the list and a few photos in a parts wanted ad. The welcome Wagon isn't where you need to ask. You will be surprised how much help you will get.

Holy **** brother, welcome, I have a 68 RR and if I had the parts I would gladly give them to you. Hope some of the great people on this site can help you out. Good luck.

Welcome from Alabama, sorry for the bad luck and glad you are OK. Hope it has a speedy recovery. Beautiful ride.

Welcome Rob. Man that sucks like a Hoover! You'll get her back in shape. No giving up on a family member and with you and your car's history it sure counts as one. Great folks on here that can get you through this.

:wetting: Damn the bad luck! Keep at it and you'll be smoking tires again! :thankyou: for riding along with us.

Welcome from Upstate.
Sad to see, I'm sure that is really upsetting.

Welcome from Pa. Like yourself, I also have a '68 GTX, in my life since 1983. Feel your pain, but you came to the right place to start getting your car back together.
