What is this part called?

There are two brackets, one over the passenger door, one over the drivers door, behind the the headliner and I think it is to hold the bows. The drivers side is there the passenger side is missing (headliner was out of the car). I need one but I don't know what it is called. I need someone who is smarter than me to weigh in on this.
