WHAT IS THIS SPRING?

I found 2 of these springs in a lot of parts I bought and was wondering if anyone knows what it fits....I thought first it might be a clutch return spring or maybe something for a convertible top assembly, as he restored a 62 Sport Fury convertible....anyone know???? Thanks

Looks like a seat adjuster return spring.

Definitely not the clutch fork return spring. My first impression is the seat adjuster springs.

Fresh water spring? Yeah, can't think of anything else but for the seat. Never ran across one that looked similar anywhere else....

Seat Spring in my '62 Dodge. Bucket seat, one per seat. Your spring has a shorter end at the small hook. Might be for bench seat?
