What options have you done/seen?

Installed a 1” carb spacer on my 1411 eddy - stock intake on my ‘68 440.

I put a 1” spacer on the throttle linkage bracket to compensate for the carb spacer - however - geometry - ha. It kicks the throttle cable way over to the passenger side and not in alignment with the throttle stud (yes I have the 1481 eddy mopar adapter plate).

What solutions are there to re-align my throttle cable on the X axis since now the height is the same with the spacer? The stock clamp has 2 sides - I already moved it over to the drivers side and it doesn’t clamp down nor is it enough movement anyways to make the cable straight.

Take a bit off the end of the tongues

Modify just the clamp. Add material toward the left side (a half-pipe of tubing would be ideal) to move the cable to the left.

I've bent them, welded them, fabbed completley new parts. In this case a little twist using a large adjustable wrench clamped just below the cable hold down clamp on the bracket body should get it.
