What options to take? Rebuild a 383 or get a viper motor and trans

I doubt he would have much change out of $200,000 in our money - which is well into $150,000US

You could do the same with a 440 three times over and still have money for gas and a burger.

I’m thinking of maybe doing a twin turbo system on the 383-440 build. From Nelson racing. Unless you know some guys in New Zealand that’s can build a system like that.?

It’s a digital image of a black Superbird. Check my build thread. I made 1637hp on a small block ford 427 with an F2. Would have gone 1700 but the owner wouldn’t let us pull it over 7000rpm lol. Making 1500 on a 383 would just be the right turbos feeding the right cylinder head.

A pair of On3 76’s feeding a pair of Trick Flow 240s on a 383 would come close to your number. If the budget allowed good billet wheel precisions, you’d go over it.
