Buy a replacement clock mechanism off Amazon for $8 and install it in the center hole.

Viola, you are a clock maker, interior decorator, and master recycler.

Done and hung in 10 minutes. Not a single tools required as long as you have an existing nail to hang it on.

What a silly question. It was clearly a little almost "440 L" when I took the photo.
