What to use to remove the contact cement

I've removed the vinyl top from my 67 Satellite....what works best to remove the factory contact cement. It's not real heavy....lacquer thinner does little.

Try the 3M adhesive remover. NAPA carries it. Great stuff and it won't hurt the paint.
