WHAT VOLTAGE READING SHOULD I GET ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE COIL ON A 70 RR?

Can someone please tell me what voltage I should get on the negative side of the coil on a stock 1970 Roadrunner, 383, automatic? Hopefully someone who owns a 70 Roadrunner can verify the reading with a volt meter?
