I have one from them and it turns a 512 stroker over just fine. Ordered it and then sat in the basement for 2 years before install. Cranked new tight engine without even charging. Hope this helps.

I also used a new Chrysler starter off a Dakota truck instead of the old type dragging starter.

They sell red, green n yellow caps along w Mopar stickers for your Napa battery. I have them on my Autozone battery. You can partially see it in the bottom right. 20210911_131804.jpg

I have one, had it tested when i was having regulator problem. The mechanic told me it had more amps than any battery he ever tested.

The last thing you want to do to an AGM is trickle charge them. Odyssey AGM inside them, same way I built mine. The PC925 pulls a 1000CCA despite what the companies own specs state. I get well over 10 years out of them in customers airplanes, rarely ever charge them even after a full Winter of storage and if you do charge them you hit them at 14.5 volts and at least 5 amps to start and then throw the charger into auto.

What do you have going on with the 2 extra large red wires coming off your positive post?

I have one in my trunk, was bought new in 2007. Still like new. I'm pretty sure this one was made by Odyssey. I have the receipt for it, I think the company may be gone now. I't a super stock fake one. Looks like an old style battery with caps and vent tubes from each cap going to a hole in the trunk pan (not real hole) Just for looks, it's a sealed AGM

Michael, just buy a regular good brand parts store battery from a local supplier. Peel the stickers off, give the case a light sand and spray it with black rattle can paint. It will look pretty good. My battery was yellow and blue before I painted it.
You will go bankrupt buying all these Mopar original parts and shipping to Germany, especially heavy batteries.
Your car is currently parked outside as I recall, and isn't driven much - this will also shorten the battery life especially in the cold wet winters.
Save your money and spend it on more worthwhile things, like good quality tools.

I've bought several from Antique Auto Battery, that have lasted forever, but they are out business now. Jims Battery took over their clients. Had him build me another for my 57 Ford Retractable earlier this year. Took a while to get, but a great unit. Should be good for another 10 years.

The instructions that came with the last 2 I bought said not to trickle charge. It also said if charging is needed to use a AGM specific charger or a regular charger at 10 amps. So far they are doing great.

I run a 2 guage from my alternator directly to my battery, a 6 gauge to a post to run 3 amps, fuel pump, fuel injection and headlights off of. Keeps high load/amperage off of factory wires.

I'm currently working on these two problems.

That's a good point to wait at least until winter is over!
But long term i think i want one of these factory style batteries.

Or at least a cover like @diesel_lv has mentioned. :)

Well i think the car deserves original parts since its very original overall and its a very desirable model.

I never had much luck with the early reproduction Mopar batteries from 15-20 years ago. I maybe got 3 years out of them before they failed. Not too good for $$$ invested. Then I discovered a Group 30 battery from TSC that had 6 individual screw caps. I found that I could swap the red caps that I salvaged from my repro battery on to it. I replaced the original battery sticker with a repro Mopar sticker, and it looks pretty good and so far has lasted well.
I recently helped a friend install a Weskcar cap and sticker kit on Group 27 Wal-Mart battery and it looked very authentic. Battery was $150.00 Can and has 5 year warranty.
