Wheel and tire size recomendation 1970 Sport Satellite

Driver's side was 1/2-20 Left hand, Passenger side was 1/2-20 Right hand. It's easy to change the studs on that rear wheel. I did them on mine when I rebuilt the rear drum brakes. These were the ones I used,
Dorman Wheel Studs 610-103.
