This is legal I do believe but maybe senate needs to pass a new government agency that watches the global economy, for things like this,to purchase with tax payers money..... I’ve also even seen made in Canada with the six pack air cleaner part number stamps, for sell....

The legal scholars amongst us will be along to debate this shortly, but there's an excellent
article on the federal and state (California in this case) laws regarding what that seller
is trying to do.
By the way, eBay is a knowing accomplice if this is indeed a crime, multiplied by the fact
that you can't report the auction - the function isn't working for whatever reason on it.

This is foudamentally a possible future law suit,if this is involved in a future car built with lies or worse a bigger law suit against the federal government if they have evidence-information from the collective desiminated intelligence of black market paraphernalia that they didn’t do anything about and without there intrusion it leaded up to a catastrophe that got big attention they cover up what they know I believe. people pulling strings behind the curtain-getting ride of information that hurts the name or better, legacy of our government. Like my car it should have been purchased years ago by the federal government, instead they built up domino purchasing intelligence and sat on the intelligence and don’t show it if it’s becomes a big giant ordeal involving people getting hurt or worse. If we live in a NSA world what people talk about-then someone in gov already knows about this.

I believe the gov has more information about particular events than meets the eye-we need a department that purchases paraphernalia I believe and don’t just watch it unfold, for that is risky if someone was to expunge information.

I don't know about all that conspiracy crap - and I sure know we don't need yet another federal agency...
The Department of Justice at the federal level and the DMV's at the state level are the enforcement arms
that deal with the sort of thing you brought up in your original post.
If you're truly concerned about that auction, that's where to begin reporting it.

I’ve been watching it and I’m sure some people have reported it by now to send word to eBay,to local or state,or federal enforcement that will go vice verse to surveillance practices to collect any information. By law someone some group has to investigate, if many reports it, I don’t know if some reports it thou-all guessing. Depends on if information is stored or expunge or both in minimal margins that leads to other tie ins of information in the future.

just remembered, no more ideal shows.. I apologize everyone. Taking a break. Goodnight everyone.
