I have a set of 4 Cragar Starwire wheels (front 15x7, rear 15x12) and I need one of the 15x12 wheels restored. The chrome is 90% perfect, but it has a 3x4 spot on it where there is rust and light pitting, and there are specs of surface rust on a few spokes that can't be noticed.
I'm located in Maryland.

I looked up those wheels and they’re some nice looking wheels.

Good luck with that! There's no doubt in my mind that restoring those "properly" will cost you more than twice the price of new wheels - if not more. You're looking at complete disassembly to do them right. Stripping, polishing and plating - any reputable shop will want to do every single piece. Then reassembly and tweaking to get the runout with acceptable limits. Like I said, good luck with that. I'll bet you'd be looking at $2000 per wheel by the time you're done.
