NAPA has them. Their part #TS335 NAPA brake stuff is pretty good.

If you are looking for exact type of shoe, riveted instead of glued, I got a set from John at Mopar Madness in Eaton Colorado. As far as I know he is able to get special order shoes that are not glued but riveted, and really nice quality. he does have an ebay store, and sells mostly third members and completed brake assemblies. If you PM me I have his contact information. I paid $45 bucks for my set, but I suspect since this was 3 years ago, his prices are higher now.
