wiper arms

On a 65 Belvedere, is there a right and left wiper arm or do they fit either side? If so, does the arm face up or down where the blade attaches? Thanks

Yes they are a right and left position The ends of the arms are angled so the blades are level when parked! The curved deflectors should be curved up to apply more pressure against the glass!
