Wiper motor ID and source for restored motor

69 roadrunner, originally had a 2 speed wiper motor but the last owner swapped in a 3 speed when he installed the 6 bbl. I need to replace the motor, it's very week and it looks like crap anyway so I'm lookin for a source for a restored motor. At this point I'm leaning toward Bill Meerholts, please feel free to chime in on other possible sources.
Anyway, this is where it gets confusing, the motor that's on the car looks like a 71 but the pigtail (also a 4 speed car) is correct for a 69. I realize that could have been replaced but it doesn't look like it. Also to add to the confusion, I can't find a reference to this part number anywhere. Take a look at the pics for yourself but unless my eyes deceive me, it's 2926919.
What do I have here? As far as I know, the correct part number for the car would be 2983116, the car was built in December of 68.

6918 is a C body wiper motor.. so suspect the 19 is as well.

So I have a motor on the way and removed mine from the car and found that it has a 2 speed motor crank arm. So.... I need to swap it for a 3 speed crank arm. I have one but my question is, how do I get the old arm off the drive link? I can see in the service manual that there is a retainer but I can't tell how it does the retaining from the pics in the manual. With the motor out, can I access it from under the hood or do I have to do it from inside (that's a pain). Pictures would be awesome.

I'm back on this
What is the best (easiest) way to put the new stuff back together? To get it off, I took the radio out and backed the nut off the motor. A pain, because my arm is bigger than that opening but I got it done. If I move the wipers up on the windshield, I can get access to the crank arm and should be able to get the retainer and bushing off from under the hood I think to change to the correct crank arm, but then I'm trying to figure out how to get the crank arm and nut back onto the motor. Can I do that from under the hood as well or is there a better way (or order) to get this done without having to stand on my head or taking the whole dash out?
