Wire brackets

Is the plastic painted on ignition wire brackets.

My recollection is they are half-a$$ painted, like they are painted where they're close to the valve covers, and the rest is overspray. Now you got me wondering, hopefully an expert will chime in.

Yes.....They were installed prior to paint....The only exception were the single one that clamped onto the plug wire for the passenger rear bracket......The paint never really cured well by the time the plug wires were installed and as they were installed and pulled through the brackets they sometimes got a paint drag on the wires.....
