The number on the head is close to the D3 head (2945270) from '69, but that one had even larger valves than this video - if the 2.98 was accurate. As for what it's worth, it might depend on how good it is. Mopar made lots of experiments, the ones that worked usually made it into a production run. Maybe there's a reason for this ones' scarcity.
If it was like the D3 head with its non-stock valve angles then finding proper rockers might be a hassle as well.
