WIW Milodon 2120 External oil pump cover

I did not see a Whats It Worth Forum, so I will ask here.
Milodon 2120 External oil pump cover with adjustable pressure regulator and remote oil fittings. One remote fitting has a flat spot (might have been dropped on it?), and has minor scratches where the pump would have been turning.

This belongs to a friend, and I was thinking it might be worth $100?
I noticed the new Billet versions are like $220.
With the rear pickup connection, would this be for a Hemi?
Seems the wedge versions have the fitting on the top of the cover.

That is the Hemi version. Does not work with a standard wedge motor mount. Even the "wedge" versions are tough to work with the stock style mounts.
