Hey guys!

I know it's a long shot but I thought I'd put this thread out there in case someone Googles my VIN off a block. Car was from somewhere in Kentucky and I was told it was owned and/or sold by McMackin Motors in the '70's. Apparently the car was also well known in the Louisville area. Any leads appreciated!

Thanks FBBO!

This is irrelevant to your post but my two sons both said this was the absolute favorite at mopars in the park this year and it sure is an absolute killer car. Absolutely beautiful congratulations on ownership

I am always searching Facebook marketplace for M9A blocks and transmissions. Pretty sure I posted one on the A12 forum you commented on that was real close to your car. I am looking for block to 301772 Good Luck

Thank you! Yes, we feel VERY fortunate to have such a bad-*** looking car! We sure received more positive comments vs. "Why did you take the steelies off the car?". I think it's wonderful that your boys are so young and INTO these cars! There is hope for the future!

PM me with some info on that sweet '70 Coronet in your avatar... :)

Well it's the one that got away. My dad had a 70 lime green 340 four speed cuda all my childhood while he spent 8 years restoring this 70 super bee in a 2 car garage by himself. Then my parents got divorced and the cars got sold. Both cars are still around locally actually. I've never seen them since but my sister seems to see them once a year. Way out of my price range but it's the one I'd give up anything to have back in our shop again.
