I recently purchased a used 68-70 woodgrain Rally steering wheel. Absolutely NO cracks, but has a few scratches. Other than needing a repaint the only thing wrong is the outer portion is worn down from about the 10 o'clock to the 2 o'clock position where it was handled the most. This wear makes the outer chrome ring sit a little bit higher than it should. What is the best epoxy to use to build this area back up? I checked with Eastwood Co. but they are out of their repair kits for steering wheels until March of 2021

Advice is to not alter that one. Use it or sell it. Get a cracked one and then repair it.
