    Gentlemen,
Looking for spacer plates between 1/2”-1/4” thick to install between the leaf spring hangar brackets and frame, to increase my wheelbase length. I do not have the ability to make them and have been unable to locate a set commercially available.
    Thanks,
    Andrew

Dr diff sells these. These are for the nut side, but there's nothing to say you couldn't stack several together to get the thickness you want. I think these are 1/8", I could measure tonight if you need. Or get ahold of Cass to see if he has exactly what you need.

Thankfully I have more than 1 half inch of threads left on my hanger studs. Cass sells the plates that are 1/8" thick, stacking 4 sets for a total of $100... plus I don't really like the idea of those plates shifting around. I'm gonna get a set and at a minimum use them on the nut side for strength and use as a template for a local machine shop or something.
Was really hoping someone already had a set of spacers laying around or the ability to make them for $$.

It would not be hard to make a template for them.
I would not worry about stacking them as long as nuts are
correctly torqued. I have also gone to a spring place and had
the spring redrilled to move the rear a 1/2 inch (forward in my case)

The super stock spring hangers are longer. Do you already have them on the springs?

Thanks all for the ideas. I was able to find 3/8" aluminum plates precut on eBay the exact size I needed (5x5) for pretty cheap. I will get the plates from Dr. diff as well, and use them as drilling templates and on the back of the bracket as intended. Total thickness added to studs is 1/2 which is exactly how much thread I have left. At $45, I'm doing good on the budget.
