Year One Quarter Panels

I am looking for a 70 Charger Quarter Panel. I am told AMD is the best you can buy, but are current out of stock until June. Year One has two in stock. I am told Year One gets the panels from a place in Taiwan Call Jesslai. Does anyone have any advice on these Quarter Panels?
